Preserving Your Leader

Those who hold five-fold ministry offices spend their lives pouring out for the benefit of the those whom they oversee, and as a result many of our leaders are burning out. Why is this? Because nothing is being done to preserve their lives. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 9:11, “If we have sown spiritual things for you, is it a great thing if we reap your material things?”.
